We Do Not Wait for late arrivals off BC Ferries.  Office closes at 1130 PM.  

 

Fitness Centre  is for adults only 19+.  

 

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 4PM, hotel time (PST), 48 HOURS (2 DAYS) prior to arrival. Reservations not cancelled within this time frame or no-shows will be charged a one night room and tax charge as penalty for each room reserved.

 

Check In Policy: A credit card and photo identification will be required at time of check in. A pre-authorization for room, tax, incidentals will be held on the credit card.  The hotel does not accept deposits in the form of cash, debit, or credit card gift card.   Account may be settled at time of check out with credit, or debit. We do not accept cash as payment.

 

The primary guest must be at least 19 years of age on the day of check-in.

 

Non-Smoking Policy: The Black Bear Resort is 100% smoke free & vaping. Smoking is prohibited on guestroom balconies and within seven meters of all doorways, windows, or air intakes. Any guest found smoking or vaping in their room or in common areas will be subject to a fine of $500+tax.

 

No Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed on premises.  A fine of $500+tax will be charged if pets are brought into any of our guest rooms or common buildings or left in vehicles.  Service/Guide dogs will be accepted at no cost however therapy/emotional support pets are NOT accepted. Please review Province of British Columbia’s Guide or Service Animal Act.

When you purchase accommodation on our website we are using a third party service called Webrezpro . The personally identifiable information that is collected as part of the buying and selling process is you name, email address, physical address, phone number and credit cards details. Providing us with this information does not give implied consent for us to email market to you.
